Robert Mondavi 'Private Selection' Merlot Red Wine

The 2004 Merlot displays all the attributes that make this variety so popular: bright aromas and flavors of smooth cherry, plum and strawberry with hints of cedar, black olive and spice—supported by a supple texture with fine-grained tannins and bright acidity.

These qualities come from choice Central Coast Merlot grapes, with 9% Syrah for enhanced color and richness. The Central Coast American Viticultural Area (AVA), especially Monterey County, provides the temperate climate, cool breezes and moist alluvial soils in which Merlot thrives, developing ripe, fruity flavors while retaining good balancing acidity. The wine’s pure fruit flavors are enhanced with just a hint of oak for roundness and complexity.

UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Express are calculated based on the weight of the gift basket and postal code you are shipping to. When will my gift basket ship?

• Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. EST will ship out the same day. If you wish for the basket to be shipped at a later date please specify when adding it to cart.
• Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

UPS Ground makes deliveries Monday - Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
